Q. Can you ship worldwide?
A. We
ship worldwide on items that can ship via US Mail. Sorry, we can not send large
items such as carts, racks etc.
During checkout select Customer pick-up/Will
Call and we will add US Postal charges to your order.

What is a Bushel measurement?
A. 1 Bushel is equal to 1.24446 cubic Feet or 32 dry
U.S. Quarts
Q. What is Denier, referring to
Nylon Bags?
A. A unit of fineness for rayon,
nylon, and silk fibers, based on a standard mass per length of 1 gram per 9,000
meters of yarn. A unit of measurement for the fineness of silk, nylon or
rayon. The Lower the Denier Number the
lighter, The higher the Denier number the heavier the material
thickness.
Q. Are the Pole Racks
for Laundry Carts used for hangers removable or retractable?
A. NO, The pole racks are bolted on to the cart and do not
easily remove without tools. If your needing to hide cart under a shelf or
table, we recommend a single pole rack, this allows carts to be placed under
shelfs or tables with only the pole rack exposed.
Q. We lost our keys to our Locked coin boxes, can we
buy replacement keys?
A. No, each coin box has
a secret key code labeled inside the coin box. Unless you know the key code the
locked coin box must be drilled out and a new coin box and key installed. There
are thousands of key codes.
Q. Are all Scales
listed on your website "Legal for Trade"?
A.
Only the Scales with the term "Legal for Trade" have been certified for this
use. "Legal for Trade" term just means you cannot sell an item based it's
weight measured on that scale. All the scales available on our website are
extremely accurate and have passed Kelco Laundry Systems, Inc. demand for
excellence.
Q. I see the name "Kelco Laundry"
in photos of products on the website. Is your company name actually printed on
the products?
A. NO, Our company name does not
appear on any item. Our company name is electronically added to help protect
our photos from being copied.
